This ice formation is right below our bedroom window. It is HUGE! This one is the stalagmite. There is (well, was...it has now been knocked down) an enormous stalagtite hanging from the gutter right above this. It hangs down between 3-4 feet! We're just lucky it didn't take the gutter with it when it got knocked down!
