I have a photo I took of my family at the Grand Canyon last year on the Rate My Photo website. Please help me win a prize by voting for my photo. Thank you. http://www.picture.com/voteforme/photovote1.asp?PID=2491485
This is the page I did for day 9 for my LOAD class on http://www.bigpicturescrapbooking.com/. The photos were taken in October 2006. My daughter was squealing with laughter at something and I was able to capture it on film. I don't remember the why of the laughter, but I definitely remember the laughter!
On the very first day we had our gas fireplace pilot light lit, our little boy decided to stick his hand in. Thankfully, he only had a burn on one little finger. This is one of the bandages. Gross for some, but memories for us.
My younger daughter is such a ham! She loves to have her picture taken. Then she says, "Let me see!" She always has to look at the pictures I just took!
I love this picture of my younger daughter. It was taken in August of 2006 in the early morning while we were waiting for her sister's school bus to leave (it was the first day of school). The layout is from a sketch by Brenda Arnall in her book Easy Patterns for Scrapbooking.
This is the other half of my scrap space. It needs some major work done on it. I'm taking this great class at www.bigpicturescrapbooking.com called Get Organized, Be Inspired, that I hope is going to help me.
That huge icicle I posted a picture of a few days ago is nearly gone now. We had a really warm day today and almost all the snow is gone and all of the icicles have melted. Now we have a big storm coming in and it will start all over.
My oldest daughter is 7 1/2 years old. Just this morning, before she left for school, I told I wanted to get some pictures of her. She's gone all day, and I work at night, so we don't get to spend much time together any more. I don't take very many pictures of her because of that. So here is just one of the ones I took.
This ice formation is right below our bedroom window. It is HUGE! This one is the stalagmite. There is (well, was...it has now been knocked down) an enormous stalagtite hanging from the gutter right above this. It hangs down between 3-4 feet! We're just lucky it didn't take the gutter with it when it got knocked down!
